Responsible to take Workers Day and Night Shits IN and OUT
Prepare following reports on System (SAP)
Attendance report
Absent report
Late comer report
Hirring of workers on need basis
Documentation of new worker hire
Issuing of Uniforms for new workers and collection of uniforms from left workers
Routine round daily on plant / canteen / warehouse and all department
Preparation of Payroll / EOBI (online) / SESSI (Online) / Education Cess / Retired worker pension case
Assist workers on health issue like Injury / Accident / illness
Visit Govt Departments like Labour Department / EOBI / SESSI / Labour court / Compensation department / Banks / Lawyers office / Contractor Office
Prepare presentations as an when required
Distribution of Salary and other compensation
Monitor of Workers Transportation
Monitor of Workers Meal / Canteen Food
Assist in different company Certifications
